Senior Product Designer (IC4)
The Design Solutions team was in charge of shape the design vision at Mews. As a multidisciplinary team, we tackled complex challenges through collaboration and expertise in UX, UI, visual, product, and motion design. We defined and document clear, consistent patterns and worked with the Design System team to integrate and share them across product teams. By aligning user needs with business goals, we created scalable, human-centered solutions.
These are some examples of projects I owned and delivered from start to finish.

What happened?
Users in Mews were overwhelmed by large volumes of complex data without a clear way to interpret it. This made decision-making difficult, caused visual fatigue, and limited their ability to understand critical information—ultimately taking time away from what mattered most: engaging with their guests.
What we did?
We selected ReCharts with the development team as the charting framework.
Defined the visual style, including a study of categorical and sequential color systems.
Aligned with product teams on UX patterns for data, actions, interactions, and chart types.
Built a PoC with the most-used charts and contribute to the Design System.
Designed reference charts for teams to support future needs.
Build a proper documentation and spread to the teams.

Pictogram motion
Animated pictograms bring clarity and emotion to interfaces. By using meaningful movement, they help users quickly grasp the message behind each icon while keeping interactions smooth and intuitive. These animations support the overall experience without overwhelming the user.

Mews Design System support
I joined the Design System team to help scale efforts during a high-demand period and support their growing list of initiatives. My focus was on documenting components in a clear and reusable way, aligning cross-functional teams around consistent usage, and helping define and refine new UX patterns. This collaborative work contributed to a more unified product experience, improved design efficiency, and paved the way for stronger adoption and consistency across multiple teams and touchpoints.

Unfold '23 event: Multi-property video
As part of our cross-team collaboration, we occasionally took on the role of art direction for other departments, such as Marketing. In this case, I worked alongside motion designer Ubalio to lead the art direction for the 2023 Unfold event video, which introduced our new Multi-Property functionality. Unfold is Mews’ annual event that brings together hospitality industry leaders to showcase the latest product innovations.
